This is the first Batman game that used the same voice actors from the animated series.Also, the story was very dark and had quite a few awesome surprises in them. At the time, and I remember thinking this when I first played it, that game broke a lot of ground. Was more 'mature,' for the lack of a better word, than the series it came from. Joker dying, some rather disturbing dialogue on Joker's part, and was a lot more intense and just all-around rather dark in approach.

I loved that game. Played it way too many times. Half of it is costumes.
