Since it works fine with other devices both from the My Cloud app and from the browser I would think this is a OS related issue.Just to be sure, using one of the other devices, navigate to the dashboard of the My Cloud - Settings - Utilities and then perform the Quick and Full disk tests as well as the system test in order to completely exclude the NAS asthe cause if the issue.You can also check and KB from MS and see if any of them can help.CaptainWD.

You can go to your system's BIOS (check the manual of your motherboard for ways to do this) and check there if you are running in Legacy mode or UEFI mode. Also check if you are running on IDE or AHCI. You can also do this in your, IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers and see if any of them contain 'AHCI'.Generally it doesn't really matter as NAS devices work independently regardless of the system's settings.
