Thus the only other apparel items that can be worn along with it are helmets (or hoods), shields, and jewelry. Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Arena Expansion Mod. Adds a new NPC known as 'Brokerve The Blacksmith' to the Arena Bloodworks. Brokerve sells leveled weaponry and armor, can repair your goods and can train you in the Armorer skill.
