• Outlook Are You Sure You Want To Delete This

My Recycle Bin is reporting that there is something in it, (By the icon on my Desktop) but when I click on it to open the Recycle Bin, the Recycle Bin is empty. Yet, when I right click on the Recycle Bin icon on the desktop and click on ' Empty Recycle Bin' this Dialog Box appears. (Pic below) I even got bold on day and clicked on 'yes', but nothing happened, the situation remains the same. I have not tried to delete WINDOWS in any way, shape or form at all. I have no idea how it even got in there. (I'm still not sure if it really is in there. Like I said, when I click on it to open the Recycle Bin, it is empty.) It's like a ghost and I'm chasing it's tail.Any suggestions on how to sever this tail?recovering disk space - old attachment deleted by admin.

Whenever you delete a file, Microsoft Windows 10 gives you a warning message that asks “Are you sure you want to move this file to the Recycle Bin?”.I’m very confident in what I choose to delete, so I don’t need to be warned about what I’m deleting.

Although I don't want to start a new thread, (or maybe I should, just for this specific problem) I am trying to get ' KB981349' update to load on this puter (as BCP suggested) but I keep getting this error (pic below) and it halts the install.I did a search for the ' wuauclt.exe' (which ' KB981349' is looking for when it does the install) and I have 4 files that the search found. (I will post the pic in the next post.) Should I simply delete these files and let the KB981349 update re-install them? Will that leave orphaned pointers in the Registry data file? Which very well could be the situation as it is.Docrecovering disk space - old attachment deleted by admin.
